Wesley Middleton, Jr. , CPA
Prior to joining MaloneBailey, LLP, Wesley was a partner in charge of tax services at Gainer Donnelly Desroches, LLP, where he was responsible for managing large client relationships, developing and maintaining tax compliance software and resources, coordinating resources for six tax partners, developing and implementing a transition plan to a niche based practice, and developing and implementing strategic plans for their 80-person tax department. Wesley’s experience specializing in corporate, partnership, and individual tax compliance and consulting services helps to ensure our clients are in compliance with Federal, state and local taxing authorities, and identifies opportunities for minimizing taxes. Wesley earned his B.S. in Accounting from the University of New York . He is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Texas and he is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants. |

Wesley Middleton, CPA is the Managing Partner of MaloneBailey, LLP, a full-service accounting firm committed to delivering high-integrity compliance services that provide his clients increased peace of mind. With a background in corporate, partnership, and individual tax compliance and consulting services, Wesley will remain instrumental in the firm’s expansion of tax services and growth of the private practice in Houston. Prior to joining MaloneBailey, LLP, Wesley served as the Tax Director and member of the Executive Committee of a large Houston CPA Firm. Wesley began his career as an auditor with a construction niche CPA firm in Mobile, Alabama where he gained extensive audit, accounting and tax experience. Wesley has used this breadth of experience to advise and consult with clients in a variety of industries including construction, manufacturing, health care, professional services, oil and gas and retail.
