HOWTO: Drop files sent from a client to portal

Notes: Clients can view and download the files from LeapFile portal, but cannot upload to portal. Clients will always send us files by using LeapFile Secure Upload.

Click the secure download link in the LeapFile notification email.

You can download file(s), send to repository or send to Portal, this case we like to send to Portal.

Click on button, “Portal”.

Select Client’s Portal and click Next.

Select the files and folders and click Copy button.
