INSTRUCTION OF SECURE FILE EXCHANGE

1. Please click on the button，Secure File Exchange

2. Click on Secure Upload link on the "Secure File Exchange" page.

3. Enter the email address of Malone & Bailey contact and click on Start button.

(P.S. If you see the following error message after clicking on Start button, "Sorry, <user>@malone-bailey.com is not a recognized account." Then you either have typed in the wrong email address or the user does not have an account set up yet. Please contact the person you try to send files to , or send to the "catch-all" email account, support@malone-bailey.com.)

4. Enter your contact information and message to recipient.

5. Click on Regular upload for non-Java supported browser, or enhanced uploadfor Java supported browser.
