Wesley began his career as an auditor with a construction niche CPA firm in Mobile, Alabama where he gained extensive audit, accounting and tax experience. Wesley has used this breadth of experience to advise and consult with clients in a variety of industries including construction, manufacturing, health care, professional services, oil and gas and retail.

Jay brings over 15 years of combined public and private industry accounting and management experience, beginning his audit career at Ernst & Young and later working in private industry in corporate controller positions. His public and private industry experience includes SEC compliance and SOX implementation. He has experience in a variety of industries including oil and gas, power, construction, airline services, healthcare, and manufacturing.

George’s extensive oil and gas audit expertise includes auditing and accounting for oil and gas exploration and production (upstream), trading and marketing (mid-stream), and refineries (downstream). His SEC reporting experience includes Forms 10-K, 10-Q, S-1, S-3, and S-4 filings. George also has proficiency guiding clients through their initial implementation of SOX, preparing consolidated financial statements, and leading clients through mergers and acquisitions, master limited partnership formations, and initial public offerings. While a senior manager at Deloitte, he taught oil & gas accounting and auditing classes nationally.

Steven Vertucci's biography

Steven specializes in audits of public companies in industries such as manufacturing, telecommunications, oil and gas, real estate, high-technology and various service industries. Prior to joining MaloneBailey, LLP, Steven served on active duty for the 2nd ACR in the U.S. Army as a Weapons Specialist.

Stan is a Tax Partner at MaloneBailey, LLP and a leader of the Private Company Practice Team. Stan joined MaloneBailey, LLP in 2008 as a Tax Manager and has played a central role in developing the firm's tax department. Stan has over 10 years of experience with tax and accounting services. Prior to MaloneBailey, Stan worked at Gainer, Donnelly & Desroches, LLP and Grant Thornton.

Stan earned his Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from Texas Tech University in Lubbock, Texas.

Allan Dulany's biography

Allan is an Audit Partner and is responsible for overseeing quality control and training. Allan brings nearly fifteen years of public accounting experience with both SEC and private companies. In addition to having international and multinational accounting experience, Allan also has significant oil & gas and chemical industry experience. Allan started his CPA career at Ernst & Young, but spent the majority of his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers. He has provided assurance and attestation services for a variety of public and private companies mainly in the oil & gas industry. While at PwC, he completed a two year tour in Angola, Africa, serving as the Angola office champion for various areas such as audit quality, risk management, oil & gas and US GAAP.

He most recently spent time at the PCAOB where he worked primarily on the inspection of large domestic and international accounting firms. During his time at PCAOB, Dulany provided oil & gas expertise. Allan is a Texas CPA and earned his BS in Business Administration from the University of Houston.
